Every deposit and wager you make brings you closer to the next VIP tier. From Bronze all the way to Diamond – the more you play, the greater the rewards waiting for you.
Earn points every time you play and automatically advance to the next tier.
Sample progression. Actual progress depends on your account activity. Every RM 10 wagered = 1 VIP point.
Each tier comes with increasingly greater benefits. Find out what awaits you at every level.
Many other platforms use a "VIP" system that is, in reality, nothing more than a label with no meaningful benefits. You deposit a lot, get a nice badge, but the actual value remains the same as a regular member. At DewiJoker, we built our VIP program differently.
Every ringgit you wager earns you real, measurable VIP points. For every RM 10 wagered, you receive 1 VIP point. Points are tallied weekly and calculated automatically — no manual forms, no delays. Once you hit the required points threshold, your tier upgrade takes effect immediately.
What sets DewiJoker apart is the tangible benefits you feel from day one. Even at Bronze tier, you already receive additional deposit bonuses and weekly rebates credited directly to your account – no request needed. The higher your tier, the greater the rewards, and these are real numbers, not empty promises on paper.
For Gold members and above, we assign a dedicated personal VIP manager available 24 hours via WhatsApp or live chat. This manager is not just a standard support agent – they know your play history, understand your preferences, and can offer personalised deals that are not available to regular members.
For a limited time, every bet earns you 1.5x VIP points compared to normal. It's the fastest way to reach Gold or Platinum. Don't miss this opportunity!
Claim NowMore than just bonuses – our VIP program is designed to deliver a genuinely different experience.
VIP members enjoy a dedicated withdrawal lane processed at faster speeds. Diamond members receive instant withdrawals to Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, or FPX – completed in as little as 15 minutes.
From Gold tier onwards, you will have a dedicated VIP manager who knows you personally. They are available at any time to assist with exclusive offers, technical support, or game recommendations.
Every year during your birthday month, DewiJoker sends a special gift – free credits, bonus spins, and exclusive surprises that vary according to your VIP tier.
Platinum and Diamond members get access to exclusive gaming tables with higher betting limits, fewer players, and more personalised service from our live dealers.
Rebates are credited automatically every Monday based on your total wager from the previous week. Diamond members enjoy 2.0% with no cap at all – meaning the more you play, the bigger your rebate.
Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive personal invitations to special DewiJoker events – exclusive online tournaments, Q&A sessions with sports experts, and personalised offers not available to the general public.

For many Malaysian players, one of the most common questions is — "How long does it take to reach Gold or Diamond?" The answer is straightforward: it depends entirely on how actively you play and how well you take advantage of the opportunities available.
Simply put, for every RM 10 you wager – whether on slots, football, baccarat, or lottery – you earn 1 VIP point. That means if you wager RM 500 in a week, you've already earned 50 points. With consistent play over a few months, reaching Gold tier is very much within reach.
There are also ways to earn points faster. During promotions Double VIP Points that DewiJoker run from time to time, every bet you place earns 2x points – meaning you can level up twice as fast without any additional deposit. Keep an eye on your account dashboard and the promotions section to know when these periods are active.
Live casino games like VIP Baccarat and Premium Blackjack also award more points than regular slots. If you enjoy playing at live tables, this is the most efficient way to accumulate VIP points while making the most of a premium casino experience.
Remember – VIP points never expire as long as your account remains active. There's no need to worry about pressure-inducing "expiry dates". DewiJoker believes in a fair system that genuinely rewards loyal players, not one that chases short-term numbers.
